Project Description: We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced AWS Cloud Expert to join our team on a freelance basis for a [project duration] project. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing, implementing, and managing our cloud infrastructure on AWS, ensuring it is secure, scalable, and highly available.
Key Responsibilities:
Design and deploy scalable, reliable, and secure cloud architecture on AWS.
Migrate existing applications and services to AWS.
Implement and manage AWS services such as EC2, S3, RDS, Lambda, VPC, IAM, CloudFormation, and others.
Monitor and optimize the performance, reliability, and security of AWS resources.
Automate infrastructure deployment and management using tools like Terraform or AWS CloudFormation.
Ensure compliance with best practices for cloud security and cost management.
Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to cloud infrastructure and services.
Collaborate with development teams to integrate cloud solutions effectively.
Required Skills and Experience:
Proven experience as an AWS Cloud Expert with a strong portfolio of projects.
In-depth knowledge of AWS services and architecture.
Experience with infrastructure as code (IaC) tools such as Terraform, AWS CloudFormation, or Ansible.
Strong understanding of networking concepts and AWS VPC configurations.
Proficiency in scripting languages such as Python, Bash, or PowerShell.
Experience with containerization technologies like Docker and orchestration tools like Kubernetes or ECS.
Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and tools such as Jenkins, GitLab CI, or AWS CodePipeline.
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate with a remote team.
Preferred Skills:
AWS Certified Solutions Architect, DevOps Engineer, or other relevant certifications.
Experience with serverless architecture using AWS Lambda and API Gateway.
Knowledge of monitoring and logging tools such as CloudWatch, ELK Stack, or Prometheus.
Familiarity with other cloud platforms like Azure or Google Cloud.
